The Ayuntamiento of Agüimes

The Ayuntamiento of Agüimes are the local council with responsibility for the shore areas where we hold our submarine racing events in Gran Canaria.  They provide us with support in obtaining the appropriate local permissions, access to facilities of the council and we work with them on local STEM projects which promote the Submarine Racing in local schools.

Focal Point VR is pioneering immersive telepresence with a proprietary platform that captures, delivers, and plays non-linear immersive video LIVE at unmatched resolutions.  From our first 4K VR livestream in 2017 to today’s 16K-capable stereo VR180 and 360 systems, our end-to-end solutions combine ultra-high resolution video, low-latency, and spatial audio to transport users into the heart of the action.

Focal Point VR is working with the SubRacing series to bring the underwater action of racing  to the audience of fans and enthusiasts on shore or in their home.
