We are developing a design specification which has a set of detailed design constraints such as maximum size, speed and a series of safety constraints that will need to be met.
The abbreviated specification is that the submarine must operate at around 10-15m of depth, carry two people and have a maximum speed underwater of 12kts.

Documentation which describes your proposed design. This will include textual descriptions, plans, diagrams, a project plan for the build phase, and certain standard forms and checklists which will be supplied by the judges.
